My favorites are their Sweet and sour Chicken, Beef and Mushrooms and Sesame Chicken, Wish they toasted the sesame seeds but can overlook that because the sauce is so good. Dinner combos come with choice of appetizer and soup at a reasonable price. Never had bad food from here.
My family and I were in town for a trip, and we decided to try this place out for dinner. This was the best Chinese we’ve ever had! The portions were great, as well as the prices. They were quick, and efficient. With each meal you have a choice of a soup and appetizer, all for 12 and some change? That’s great! Back home for two meals, no extras costs us about 38-40. We were able to get two meals, two soups, a side of lo mien and our appetizers all for 35! Great place.
Best Chinese food I’ve had since coming back to Maine! I got two egg rolls, rangoons and the general tso chicken w fried rice. The egg rolls were crispy, flavorful Rangoons was a huge portion, creamy and crunchy The general tso I had asked to be 5 star spicy, which means I should basically be unable to eat it but sometimes I’m feeling spunky and want to taste the heat. I would definitely say it was not spicy at all. I’m not sure if they made it without spice instead of with but that is my single complaint. With that said, it was still flavorful, the chicken was a perfect texture - not dry at all. 10/10 recommend, and will absolutely be back
Great food! I usually get the pupu for one. It's got some crab rangoon egg roll beef teriyaki and a couple of other tasty morsels.. the fried shrimp is awesome, pork fried rice is also very good! They do have homemade duck sauce which is always a plus.. great for Friday night! Delivery is also available.. takeout dine in.. they got it!
I placed a very large order for Thanksgiving day. They did an excellent job! It was ready on time all the food was done correctly and everybody had a fantastic meal! Highly recommend.
Great food at reasonable prices. Sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and egg rolls were awesome. Staff is very friendly. Picked up for carryout and they deliver too.
This place is really delicious, they always get my order correct, staff is very friendly, food is always warm, my order is always ready when they say it will be and their pricing is very reasonable. 10/10 recommend!
Regardless of what you order, you can expect a carefully prepared meal exactly as you requested. The entire family of Happy Garden takes great care to provide a great experience each and every time. How do I know? I visit them at least (1) time a week.. I can't remember EVER going anywhere else!
